Question :
What are 'Quarternions' ?

Answer :
If you do not use the properties of order and the commutative law of multiplication, we obtain an interesting further extension of the complex number system known as Quarternions.
Abbreviation : q.v.
Quarternions are of the form a + bi + cj + dk where a, b, c, d are real.
This concept was first suggested by Sir William R. Hamilton in 1843.
Quaternion operations are used widely in electrodynamics, general relativity, and 3D graphics programming. Its use can replace tensors in representation.
