Associative Law means that the terms of an expression means connected by plus or minus signs can be grouped in any manner.

For example : |
(3 + 9) + 4 = 3 + (9 + 4) |
On solving LHS, we get 12 + 4. While solving RHS, we get 3 + 13 |
Further on solving LHS, we get 16 which is same as answer obtained on solving RHS. |
