What is 'Reciprocal' ?

Answer :
The Reciprocal literally means Complimentary, inverted or mutually interchangable. However in arithmetic it is used to denote different kinds of mutual relations.
The reciprocal of a number is the number whose product with the given number is equal to 1. For a fraction, the reciprocal is the fraction formed by interchanging the numerator and denominator in the given fraction.
In general, a/b is the reciprocal of b/a.
For example, the reciprocal of 2 is 1/2 or 0.5
the reciprocal of 2 1/3 is 3/7
