What is 'Repeating Decimal' ?

Answer :
A repeating decimal is one in which some sequence of digits is endlessly repeated.
Repeating Decimal can also be called as Recurring Decimal.
For example :
1/3 = 0.3333333.... =
are repeating decimals. The bar over the number is a shorthand way of the showing those numbers are repeated.
All rational numbers have either finite decimal expansions or repeating decimals. However, irrational numbers, neither terminate nor become periodic.
